Sorry to hear you had a bad experience trying to book with them. I’ve used them on a number of visits and have had nothing but excellent service. They even upgraded me to one of their mini-suites free of charge when I had an issue with the room I had received. But it has been a while since I’ve stayed there, so as we know things can change. one of the worst hotels in Pattaya having tried twice to book this hotel both in english and thai only to have both bookings fall through due to staff ineptness i can only wonder how its still running successfully or at all for that matter , one mistake i can understand but twice is beyond a joke , id avoid it at any cost even the beach is preferable to this hotel
